How to Get a Banner
It is the intention of volunteers in Upper Darby Township to honor those who have served our country in the armed forces. All Active Duty or Veterans are honored with a sponsored banner proudly displayed on our Township’s major thoroughfares. Each banner is unique and includes a picture of the service member, the branch in which they served, period of service, recognition of any awards and the name of the sponsor.
Those who were Killed in Action or are Missing in Action will be honored free of charge.

We are now offering 12"x22" garden banners as an additional way to honor your hero's military service. They are $50 (including metal garden stake) and yours to keep. Each garden banner is produced with the same quality materials and attention to detail that goes into our pole banners. These are perfect for display around your home or as you see fit.
